Gallery

  • Submissions must be the original work of those submitting the material.
  • Other Paper companies and their merchants are not eligible to submit work.
  • Work must comply with the British Codes of Advertising and Sales promotion. Any submission with an upheld complaint about it or that doesn't comply will be disqualified.
  • No responsibility is accepted by Arjowiggins for inaccurate details supplied by entrants.
  • Submissions with a false name or address will be disqualified from being showcased.
  • If necessary, entrants must check whether their company policy enables them to submit work and to follow the necessary company guidelines with regard to acquiring permission(s) from their company, and from the equivalent senior level person from the client, whose work they are submitting. It is the entrant's responsibility for gaining the necessary permission(s) for their work to be displayed.
  • By making a submission, entrant's and their clients assign to Arjowiggins the right to publish the entry. Without asking for futher permission Arjowiggins may publish the entire submission or an edited version of it.
  • Arjowiggins reserves the right to remove a piece of work from the gallery at any time.
  • Submissions are accepted by Arjowiggins but responsibility for the submission is the individuals responsibility.
  • All work will be reproduced from the original submissions to the highest standard and given as accurate as possible reproduction of the originals.
  • Arjowiggins therefore takes no responsibility for any variation of colour between the originals and their reproduction.
  • The images and brief submitted for the Gallery have been supplied by the entrants. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy Arjowiggins does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions.
  • No part of the Gallery may be reproduced in any manner without the written permission of the promoter.
  • Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
  • Work submitted to the Gallery will be approved at ArjoWiggins discretion. Only approved work will feature in the Gallery.
